Independence of the Eco Impact score

An independent and protected methodology

Our rating system is the same for all brands, there can be no preferential treatment.

Notes cannot be influenced or negotiated. They are calculated independently by our engineers based on the data collected for each product. We audit the information collected, and additional verifications (supporting documents, site visit, etc.) are carried out.

Based on LCA principles, our method is based on a proven and recognized technical base (see our methodology). We also add qualitative criteria to best reflect the real impact of the products. For example, sustainability, separability and social impact are also taken into account.

Our scoring algorithm is confidential and has been filed with the INPI.

Independent financing

Source of income

Eco Impact bases its business model on selling the Eco Impact score to brands and by supporting them in the development of more responsible products.

They are our only customers, so the consumer never has to pay for more transparency.

This does not in any way influence the evaluations, which are protected by a robust methodology.

To guarantee its independence and integrity, Eco Impact is particularly committed to having no conflicts of interests, for example by refusing entry into capital to brands in the furniture sector.

Capital distribution

  • An equity launch at the launch of Eco Impact
  • Acceleration thanks to the support of the BPI
  • Investors we know personally, with whom we share the same values and the same vision
  • The refusal to make a deal between furniture brands and our capital
